Amend Chapter 225 – Birch Street & City Lots and Garages – Commissioner Martin advised this will allow for alternate side of the street parking on Birch Street and 24 hour parking for 19 spaces on the upper deck of the Putnam Garage. 2. Capital Budget Amendment – City Buildings & Facilities - Commissioner Scirocco advised this is for the City Hall renovations for electric and plumbing. 3. Capital Budget Amendment – Geyser Road Trail – Brad Birge of the Planning Department advised this is a bookkeeping item to make sure the numbers all match. 4. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for Mayor to Sign Intermunicipal Agreement Between the County of Saratoga and City of Saratoga for Animal Shelter Services Rendered 01/01/19 – 12/31/19 Mayor Kelly advised this is an annual agreement with an approximate $5,000 to the City. Set Public Hearing: To Amend Capital Budget for Saratoga Greenbelt Trail Downtown Connector (#1252) Mayor Kelly advised this is to replace $78,500 that was budget in 2017 budget but is no longer available. Set Public Hearing: To Amend Capital Budget for 12 Land Purchase Kayaderosseras (#1196) in the Amount of $6,500 (decrease) Mayor Kelly advised this is to correct the capital budget amount.
