NYS Power Authority Energy Service Program – Commissioner Madigan advised this is to reflect the cost of $2.87 million bond for energy efficient and upgraded streetlights. This will save the City $33,000 annually over the life of the bond and approximately $300,000 annually thereafter. 3.
