Amend 2023 Capital Budget for Saratoga Springs Recreation Department PRESENSTATON(S) 1. County Deceased Veteran Presentation – Mayor Kim advised Supervisor Veitch will present. 2. Open Space Plan – no comments. EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. Discussion regarding proposed, pending, or current litigation: Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart National Opioid Settlement Agreement. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Kim advised the deadline to approve the settlement is the night of the City Council meeting, April 18, 2023. Mayor Kim moved and Commissioner Golub seconded to move into executive session on proposed, pending litigation relating to the opioid national settlement at 10:10 a.m. Ayes – All (Commissioner Golub, Commissioner Montagnino, and Mayor Kim) Nays – 0 Council returned at 10:11 a.m. Mayor Kim moved and Commissioner Golub seconded to authorize the mayor to sign a settlement agreement relating the litigation.
