proposed, pending litigation relating to the opioid national settlement at 10:10 a.m.
Ayes – All (Commissioner Golub, Commissioner Montagnino, and Mayor Kim)
Nays – 0
Council returned at 10:11 a.m.
Mayor Kim moved and Commissioner Golub seconded to authorize the mayor to sign a settlement
agreement relating the litigation.
