Public/Private Partnership to Address Unhoused in Saratoga Springs – Mayor Kim advised the executive director from RISE will be at the Council meeting to present. 2. Award of Bid: Loughberry Lake Water Quality and Safe Yield Study to Barton and Loguidice No comments. Set Public Hearing: Amend Chapter 136, Article IVA of the City Code, Temporary Outdoor Dining End Date Commissioner Moran advised this part of the City Code is being amended so that the beginning and end dates can be set annually by resolution according to how the calendar falls that year. Discussion: Short Term Rental Commissioner Moran stated he will be bringing everyone up to date and providing direction to move forward. Commissioner Moran asked to discuss the resolution on forfeiture of assets with Commissioner Sanghvi offline. His department feels this is a worthwhile activity, but may be better served as a policy rather than a resolution so that it doesn’t get lost moving forward. Commissioner Sanghvi stated she would be happy to discuss. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Deputy Commissioner O’Neill presented in the absence of Commissioner Golub. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for Mayor to Sign Intermunicipal Recycling Agreement No comments. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for Mayor to sign Sidewalk Installation Agreement with Peter Sinram for Jackson Street No comments. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for the Mayor to Sign Change Order #10 to Hueber Breuer for Fire Station 3 Commissioner Montagnino advised this change order is for the installation of bollards around the fire hydrant. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for the Mayor to Sign Change Order #11 to Hueber Breuer for Fire Station 3 Commissioner Montagnino advised this change order is for improvements to the roof structure. Commissioner Montagnino added an item to his agenda – Announcement/Report: 50-Point Plan. Commissioner Moran advised he has been working the Assistant Chief Dyer and Michael Phillips on corrections to the insurance for Tuff Kote. If they need to, the award of bid can be added at the table Tuesday night. Michael Phillips advised Tuff Kote needs to adjust their certificate to meet the City’s requirements.
