Commissioner Moran asked to discuss the resolution on forfeiture of assets with Commissioner Sanghvi offline. His department feels this is a worthwhile activity, but may be better served as a policy rather than a resolution so that it doesn’t get lost moving forward. Commissioner Sanghvi stated she would be happy to discuss. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Deputy Commissioner O’Neill presented in the absence of Commissioner Golub. Commissioner Moran advised he has been working the Assistant Chief Dyer and Michael Phillips on corrections to the insurance for Tuff Kote. If they need to, the award of bid can be added at the table Tuesday night. Michael Phillips advised Tuff Kote needs to adjust their certificate to meet the City’s requirements.
