CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Kim called the meeting to order at 10:04 a.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Amend Capital Budget for Caroline Street Pedestrian Improvements – no comments.
2. Ordinance to Prohibit Possession of Firearm in Public Place – no comments.
3. Amend Chapter 136 – Temporary Outdoor Dining End Date – no comments.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Kim advised they will have an executive session regarding opioid settlement. These settlements
are coming in fast with short deadlines. The Council will also discuss a mechanism to avoid having to
deal with each individual settlement.
Tony Izzo, city attorney, advised the City Council can vote to give the mayor authority to sign all
documents as they are received and not have to bring each one to City Council for a vote.
