PRESENT: MARK CACOZZA, CHAIRPERSON
ABSENT: ELIO DELSETTE, COMMISSIONER
PAUL KISSELBRACK, COMMISSIONER
CHAIRPERSON CACOZZA CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 9:35am. The meeting was being held in the
Gatsby Room of the Saratoga Springs Public Library. The location of the meeting was due to the closure of City Hall. In
view of the fact that there was not a quorum, the Civil Service Commission meeting could not move forward, and the
Commission was unable to take action on any of the items. Chair Cacozza asked the Coordinator to notify the various
departments by email of the situation, and that the meeting would be rescheduled to handle the items on the Agenda as
soon as practicable.
Noting that no members of the public were present to speak, Chair Cacozza closed the meeting at 9:37am.
