Seconded by Commissioner Rella. Motion carries and item added. Human Resource’s Administrator Christy Spadaro updated the Commission with the progress on accepting Lateral Transfers. While quite a bit of the ‘how to’ is in NYS CSL in regards to just how laterals are to be accepted, there are some pieces such as starting pay and benefits that will be agreed upon with an MOA to the PBA and Local 443 Union Contracts. HR is working with the Unions and legal. Nothing finalized as of yet. Will continue to update the Commission. Chairperson Cacozza made a motion to close the meeting at 10:03am.
