CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING 474 BROADWAY COUNCIL ROOM TUESDAY NOVEMBER 30TH 2021 1:30PM MINUTES PRESENT: MARK CACOZZA, CHAIRPERSON ANGELA RELLA, COMMISSIONER ABSENT: JOANNA SCHNEIDER ZARGRANDO CHAIRPERSON CACOZZA CALLED THE REGULAR MEETING TO ORDER AT 9:32am and opened the public comment section. There being no one wishing to speak, Chair Cacozza closed the public comment section at 9:35am. Chairperson Cacozza made a motion to approve the July 2021 meeting minutes as presented. Seconded by Commissioner Rella. Motion carries unanimously. Chairperson Cacozza made a motion to approve the August 2021 meeting minutes with a minor amendment. Seconded by Commissioner Rella. Motion carries unanimously. ACCOUNTS Chairperson Cacozza made a motion to approve the proposed revisions to the Fixed Assets and Inventory Clerk Job Specification with minor revisions. Seconded by Commissioner Rella. Motion carries unanimously. PUBLIC SAFETY Chairperson Cacozza made a motion to approve the Proposed Revisions to the Police Lieutenant Job Specification. Seconded by Commissioner Rella. Motion carries unanimously. Chairperson Cacozza made a motion to approve the Proposed Additions to the Fire Chief Job Specification as required by NYS.
