CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING 474 BROADWAY, CITY COUNCIL ROOM JANUARY 31st 2024 MINUTES PRESENT: CHAIRPERSON HOLMES COMMISSIONER ZANGRANDO COMMISSIONER LEIDIG ANNOUNCEMENT OF RECORDING OF PROCEEDINNGS The proceedings of this meeting are audio recorded for the benefit of the Commissions Coordinator who acts as Secretary. The meetings will be live streamed and the video archive posted on the city website. CHAIRPERSON HOLMES CALLED THE REGULAR MEETING TO ORDER AT 9:37 am and opened the public comment period. There being no one to speak, public comment period was closed. ACCOUNTS Deputy Commissioner of Accounts Stacy Connors appeared before the commission to discuss the updates to the job specifications Accounts Department Office Supervisor and the Real Property Appraisal Technician. After a brief discussion, Commissioner Leidig made a motion to approve the Accounts Department Office Supervisor job specification proposed updates as presented. Seconded by Commissioner Zangrando. Motion carries unanimously. Commissioner Leidig made a motion to approve the Real Property Appraisal Technician job specification proposed updates as discussed. Seconded by Commissioner Zangrando. Motion carries unanimously Chairperson Holmes made a motion to approve the following Exempt Class Appointment. Seconded by Commissioner Leidig. Motion carries unanimously.
