COMPLETE STREETS Saratoga Springs, NY Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Transit Plan WHAT: The City of Saratoga Springs will be holding a Public Open House public open house to listen to the community’s ideas for the new Saratoga Springs Complete WHEN: Streets Plan.
