COMPLETE STREETS Saratoga Springs, NY Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Transit Plan WHAT: The City of Saratoga Springs will be holding a Public Open House public open house to introduce and discuss the Draft Saratoga Springs Complete Streets Plan WHEN: with the community.
