Only to be signal its closed.  Missing Links Sidewalk Program  Had another meeting with the consultant, Barton & Lagudice, public meeting is close.  Arborist is reviewing the tree removals.  No right-of-way impacts!  Implementation will be fast.  Downtown Connection Trail  Right-of-way holding up project, the financial side is slow due to Covid  Offers have been accepted, easements are being reviewed  Roadway purchase by the City, the roadbed is under private ownership.  Going out to bid in the fall is the goal
