City of Saratoga Springs Board of Ethics Minutes Thursday, October 14, 2014 Present: Justin Hogan – Chair, John Ellis, Brendan Chudy and Marilyn Rivers with Tony Izzo as Advisor and Trish Bush. Courtney DeLeonardis was absent. The meeting commenced at 5:10 PM in the City Hall City Council Room Discussion: Ethics Code Review & Revision The committee began to re-review the changes that were proposed at the last committee meeting and begin the review of new sections. Trish will work with Tony to update the document with the changes agreed upon. Motion to Adjourn the BOE was made by Justin Hogan and seconded by Marilyn Rivers.
