City of Saratoga Springs Board of Ethics Minutes Thursday, December 11, 2014 Present: Justin Hogan – Chair, Courtney DeLeonardis, Brendan Chudy and Marilyn Rivers, John Ellis with Tony Izzo as Advisor and Trish Bush. Absent: No one. The meeting was called to order at 5:08 PM in the City Hall City Council Room Approve meeting minutes from 10/14/14: Accepted and ok to post after Trish makes corrections. Approve meeting minutes from July 10, 2014: Accepted and ok to post after Marilyn makes corrections. Old Business: Ethics Code Review & Revision: The committee continued to review the changes that were proposed at the last committee meeting and the remainder of the document. Trish will work with Tony to update the document with the changes where agreed upon. A final draft of the proposed revisions will be available at the next meeting for review. New Business: Minutes from the August 2014 BOE meeting have not been submitted for review. Trish and Marilyn will try to locate. Motion to Adjourn the BOE was made by Justin Hogan and seconded by Brendan Chudy. .
