City of Saratoga Springs Board of Ethics Minutes Thursday, July 16, 2015 Present: Justin Hogan – Chair, Courtney DeLeonardis, Marilyn Rivers, Brendan Chudy and John Ellis with Tony Izzo as Advisor and Trish Bush. Absent: None The meeting was called to order at 5:10 PM in the City Hall City Council Room Approve meeting minutes from 6/4/15: Marilyn Rivers moved to accept the minutes, second: John Ellis. Minutes accepted and ok to post. Old Business: 1) Tony is continuing to work with Trish to assure the Code of Ethics and Procedures along with all documents contain consistent language. Final documents to be provided at the August meeting. 2) The Board reviewed the recently returned disclosure forms. There are still two that have not responded and two that are incomplete. Tony Izzo will take these to the homes of the members to obtain the completed forms. 3) The Referral form was reviewed. The name was changed to “Inquiry Form”. Language will be amended to reflect change and update document provided prior to the next meeting. 4) The Board reviewed the sample Disclosure form. Trish will make changes and provide prior to the next meeting. New Business: None Motion to Adjourn the BOE was made by Justin Hogan; second: Marilyn Rivers.
