Saratoga Springs Board of Ethics Meeting Minutes Thursday, April 19, 2018, 5:30 p.m. Law Library, City Hall Meeting Commenced at 5:32 Motion to approve last month’s board meeting minutes were approved Board Members present: Brendan Chudy, Justin Hogan, John Ellis and Eileen Venn. Non-Board Members Tony Izzo City Attorney. Marilyn Rivers was excused Review outstanding disclosure forms. We have only five delinquent non-disclosure agreements that need to be signed. We will send one final notice to these people and then let them know they are in violation. Must submit or vote doesn’t count. Trish sent email to them. Review Recently Submitted Inquiry - Looking for additional information including original email sent in regards to ex parte communication claim. We need more information pertaining to claim to make a determination on if ethics was broken. Tony Izzo will work on getting additional requested information. Reviewed old inquiry and determined no public funds were used made conclusion to close inquiry no violation was determined by the board Meeting Adjourned: 6:46
