Minutes
November 21, 2022
Attendance: Mary Estelle Ryckman, Chair; Norah Brennan, Vice Chair; Jeff Altamari; Devin
Del Pos; and Danielle Lepper.
Also attending: Deputy Commission Crocker and Samantha Clemmey
Minutes from last meeting on November 7 were approved.
Devin gave a report on his presentation to the Southwest Saratoga Neighborhood Association.
The discussion was very positive, and the residents are eager to participate in the voting in
December.
Discussion of preparations for voting included review of IT-related issues. Samantha Clemmey
agreed to be the contact point, with support from Norah Brennan, to respond to questions from
residents during voting week.
12/3 – Exploring locations for possible presentation
12/5 – Presentation at Saratoga Springs Library
12/6 – Presentation to the City Council
12/7 – Presentation at the Saratoga Springs Recreation Center
12/9 – Possible distribution of information at the Senior Center
Plans for social media and other efforts to get information to residents about voting from
December 3 until December 11 were discussed.
Next meeting on December 12, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. Tally votes and draft recommendation to
Commissioner of Finance
