Update on the Recreation Department – The Recreation Commission discussed the status of the Recreation Department. 2. Update on Facilities – The Recreation Commission discussed the status of the facilities. 3. Update on Finances – The Recreation Commission discussed the status of the Department finances. 4. Recreation Master Plan – The Recreation Commission discussed the Recreation Master Plan implementation. 5. Discussion and Vote: Approve Summer Rec Program – The motion to approve the Summer Rec. Program was moved by Amy Smith, and seconded by Michelle Merola. Derrick Legall asked about the Summer Rec. Program implementation. (Ayes – All) 6. Discussion and Vote: Approve 2020 Camp Personnel Rates – The motion to approve the 2020 Camp Personnel rates was made by Derrick Legall and seconded by Amy Smith. (Ayes – All) 7. Discussion and Vote: Approve revised 2020 Standard Field Use Agreement, 2020 Saratoga Little League Field Use Agreement, 2020 Saratoga Miss Softball Field Use Agreement, and 2020 Saratoga/Wilton Youth Baseball Field Use Agreement – The motion to approve the revised 2020 Standard Field Use Agreement, 2020 Saratoga Little League Field Use Agreement, 2020 Saratoga Miss Softball Field Use Agreement, and 2020 Saratoga/Wilton Youth Baseball Field Use Agreement was moved by Amy Smith and seconded by Alphonse Lambert. (Ayes – All) 8. Announcement: Field Use Meeting 7:00pm on July 2, 2020 at the Recreation Center - The Field Use Meeting would be at 7pm on July 2, 2020. The Recreation Commission discussed signs, hand sanitizer, and wiping down the benches. Derrick Legall stated that the Little League had own guidelines. The Recreation Commission discussed the Dugouts – Police – Basics for the City, No bleachers at site. They would be removed from Veterans Memorial Park. The motion to add item 9: Rental of Basketball and item 10: Kaboom - donate was made by Alphonse Lambert and seconded by Amy Smith. (Ayes-A11) The motion to approve item 9: Rental of Basketball was made by Alphonse Lambert and seconded by Amy Smith. Discussion: Derrick Legall mentioned $24.00/hour from 9-3pm. (Ayes-A11) The motion to approve item 10: Kaboom - donate was made by Derrick Legall and seconded by Amy Smith. Discussion: The Recreation Commission discussed the Gaga Pit and $150.00 in materials and labor. The project was for Camp. (Ayes-A11) Adjournment – The Recreation Commission adjourned the meeting.
