Discussion and Vote: 2020 Budget The motion to approve the 2021proposed budget was made by Amy Smith and seconded by Michelle Merola. The Saratoga Springs Recreation Commission discussed the 2021 Budget. The Revenue would remain the same. The expense budget should be $2,090,022.71. The Indoor Recreation Bowling program would be added to the $399,798.04. There would be a 6 year renewal. 2. Discussion and Vote: Registering for Fall Programming - The motion to approve registering for fall programming was made by Amy Smith and seconded by Michelle Merola. 3. Discussion and Vote: Capital District Trails Plan Implementation Letter of Support – The motion to support the Capital District Trails Plan Implementation was made by Amy Smith and seconded by Michelle Merola. Discussion: The Saratoga Springs Recreation Commission discussed the Capital District Trails Plan Implementation Letter of Support. 4. Discussion: Update on the Recreation Department – The Summer camp program was running at the Recreation Center for grades K-3 and 4-5. Adjournment – The motion to adjourn was made by Amy Smith and seconded by Michelle Merola.
