GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village Trustee David Maglio called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Barb Dickmann-present (by phone), David Maglio-present, Richard Belling- present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-absent, and Andy Hebein- present. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, Chief Trinko, Vicki Lee, Eugene and Lori Welch PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None. APPROVE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 4, 2019 MEETING Seitz/Belling made a motion to approve the December 4, 2019 minutes as presented. Motion carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Baumann read a proclamation recognizing Eugene Welch during Adult Crossing Guard Week – January 13-20, 2020. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR No report. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee No report. Public Works Committee No report. Public Safety Committee Maglio reported on the meeting of January 7, 2020. Maglio stated that the Public Safety Committee will meet on the odd months of the year unless an item needs to be address in the even month. Committee reports were reviewed. Finance Committee Maglio reported on the meeting of January 7, 2020.  January 7, 2020 A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Fire Inspection – Fire Protection Systems Permit Application and Building Emergency Communications Permit Application. Seitz/Belling made a motion to approve the Fire Inspection – Fire Protection Systems Permit Application and Building Emergency Communications Permit Application as presented. Motion carried. A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Kapur – Planning & Development Consultant Agreement. Hebein/Seitz made a motion to approve the Kapur – Planning & Development Consultant Agreement as presented. Motion carried. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission Dickmann reported on the meeting of January 7, 2020. The minutes of the December 4, 2020 meeting were reviewed and approved. A Certificate of Compliance – Planning and Zoning for Midwest Martial Arts, 460 E. Green Bay Ave. was reviewed and approved. A potential joint Plan Commission/Village Board meeting has been scheduled for January 21, 2020 regarding the Ansay Development (TID) on the east side of the Village. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No report. Library Board No report. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association No report. OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS Seitz/Belling made a motion to approve Operator License Applications for Macherey for Walmart and Matha and Zerzycki for d’Klein. Motion carried. LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS None. CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED None. ADJOURNMENT Maglio/Nowlen made a motion to adjourn.
