Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, David Maglio-present, Richard Belling- present, Scott
Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-present, and Andy Hebein-
present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, and Ray deBruijn

APPROVE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 5, 2020 MEETING
Seitz/Hebein made a motion to approve the February 5, 2020 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Thank you to everyone for your discussion regarding the hiring of the new Treasurer.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
Wagner stated the same.

Utility Committee

A meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2020.
Public Safety Committee

Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of February 11, 2020.
Committee went into Closed Executive Session with no action being taken.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the hiring of Maureen Hartjes as the new
Treasurer effective Monday, March 2, 2020.
Hebein/Nowlen made a motion to approve the hiring of Maureen Hartjes as the new Treasurer effective
Monday, March 2, 2020. Motion carried.
