***VILLAGE BOARD MINUTES*** December 7, 2021 SAUKVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT and VIA ZOOM 649 E. GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-present, Andy Hebein-present, and Pete Janus-present. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, Dale Kropidlowski, and Connor Carynski- Ozaukee Press PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None. APPROVE MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 8, 2021 MEETING Seitz/Janus made a motion to approve the November 30, 2021 minutes as presented. Motion carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Dickmann made a motion to approve the list of Election Inspectors for the 2022-2023 Election Cycle. Belling/Hebein made a motion to approve the list of Election Inspectors for the 2022-2023 Election Cycle. Motion carried. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR None. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS None. REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee No report. Public Works Committee No report. Public Safety Committee No report. Finance Committee Dickmann reported on the meeting of December 7, 2021. A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve EMC Insurance for the 2022 Property/Liability/ Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Belling/Janus made a motion to approve EMC Insurance for the 2022 Property/Liability/Worker’s Compensation Insurance as presented. Motion carried. A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Intergovernmental Agency Agreement for Fire Department Administrative Oversight and Comprehensive Fire Inspection Support between the Village of Saukville and Village of Grafton. Hebein/Janus made a motion to approve the Intergovernmental Agency Agreement for Fire Department Administrative Oversight and Comprehensive Fire Inspection Support between the Village of Saukville and Village of Grafton. Motion carried. Other Matters: The Operator in Charge Agreement for Wastewater was approved by the Village of Grafton. Wagner stated that the Library received a DPI Grant for approximately $68,000 (ARPA Funds). The money will be used for contactless outdoor smart lockers, a solar-charged weatherproof charging station pole and solar-charged outdoor benches equipped with WI-FI. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission Dickmann reported on the meeting of December 7, 2021. Minutes of the November 23, 2021 meeting were reviewed and approved. A request for rooftop solar panels for 153 Foster St. were reviewed and approved. There was an update on Neumann Development and approval of waiver of documents for the proposed PUD. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee Dickmann reported on the meeting of December 7, 2021. A request for a 6,263 sq. ft. addition at Oldenburg Metal was reviewed and approved. A Well #6 Drainage Easement Agreement was reviewed and approved. Library Board No report. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association No report. LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS None. CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED None.
