Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling-absent, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present,
Jim Nowlen-absent, Andy Hebein-present, and Pete Janus-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, Claude Lois-Kapur, Steve DeCleene-Neumann

APPROVE MINUTES OF MARCH 1, 2022 MEETING
Seitz/Janus made a motion to approve the March 1, 2022 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann read a Thank You note from Hope Holland Mullins for the Christmas Lunch and Gift Certificate for
Christmas.
She then read a Thank You note from Laurie Miske for her retirement gift.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
None.

None.
REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES
Utility Committee
No report.
Public Works Committee
Seitz reported on the meeting of March 15, 2022.
The DPW used a good amount of salt.
There have been no major equipment issues.
The new salter has been installed.
The new wet tank has arrived and will be used for daytime spraying.
The gutters have been ordered for the firehouse.
The STH 33 railroad tracks will be repaired soon.
The bandstand at Veterans Park will have restoration completed in April.
The Ozaukee County Highway Department will be painting lines on the roads in the Industrial Park in late spring.
The Compost Site is scheduled to open April 19th and chipping begins April 4th.
Public Safety Committee
No report.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of March 15, 2022.
Claims for February 2022 in the amount of $347,044.49 were reviewed and approved.
The Budget Watch and Investment Report were reviewed.
Committee went into Closed Session with no action being taken.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Tax Incremental District No. 5 Development
Agreement between the Village of Saukville and NDI Emerald Ridge LLC (Developer).
Hebein/Janus made a motion to approve the Tax Incremental District No. 5 Development Agreement between
the Village of Saukville and NDI Emerald Ridge LLC (Developer). Motion carried.

Library Board
Janus stated that minutes from the February 8, 2022 meeting were in the packet for review.

Seitz/Hebein made a motion to adjourn to Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Motion carried at 7:09 p.m.
