GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, William Rudolph-present, Jim Nowlen-present, Pamela Duckart-present and Jesse Duckart-present. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Julie Friede, Finn Askin – Ozaukee Press. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None. APPROVE MINUTES OF July 11, 2023 MEETING. Fischer/Rudolph made a motion to approve minutes of July 11, 2023. Motion Carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT None. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR None. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS –PETITIONS Resolution #1384 Inclusion under the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) Group Life Insurance Program Nowlen/P. Duckart made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1384 Inclusion under the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) Group Life Insurance Program. Motion Carried. Resolution #1385 Payment of the entire basic group insurance premium under the WI Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) Group Life Insurance Program Rudolph/Nowlen made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1385 Payment of the entire basic group insurance premium under the WI Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) Group Life Insurance Program. Motion Carried. Resolution #1386 Inclusion under the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) Income Continuation Insurance Plan Rudolph/Fischer made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1386 Inclusion under the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) Income Continuation Insurance Plan. Motion Carried. Fischer/Seitz made a motion to collectively approve Resolution #1384 - Inclusion under the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) - Group Life Insurance Program, Resolution #1385 - Payment of the entire Basic Group Insurance Premium under the WI Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) - Group Life Insurance Program, Resolution #1386 - Inclusion under the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF)- Income Continuation Insurance Plan. Finance Committee Hebein reported on the Meeting of August 8, 2023. Approved Claims for July 2023 in the Amount of $455,087.71. Chief Rice provided a Fire/EMS update. Labor Association of Wisconsin, Inc (LAW) – 2024-2025 Police Contract Seitz/Fischer made a motion to approve Labor Association of Wisconsin, Inc (LAW) – 2024-2025 Police Contract. Motion Carried. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission Hebein Report on Meeting of August 8, 2023 Approval of the Dumpster Enclosure and South Elevation Enhancement for Ozaukee Food Alliance. Approval of Northern Gateway Development updated Site Pan and Architectural Plans for Phase I – Multi- Family. Approval of Dumpster Enclosure, East Side Fencing, Multi-Purpose Awning and Patio/Landscape for Cadiville Bar and Grill. Hebein note that all projects had contingences with the approvals including permits and fees. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No Report. Library Board No Report.
