Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Andy Hebein-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-via zoom, William Rudolph-present,
Jim Nowlen-via zoom, Pamela Duckart-via phone and Jesse Duckart-present.

J. Duckart/Nowlen made a motion to approve minutes of December 19, 2023. Motion Carried.
