Certificate of Compliance and Signage was approved for All New Tobacco Vape Outlet LLC, d/b/a Smoke World Vape, 138 South Foster Drive. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No Report. Library Board Next Meeting Scheduled February 13, 2024. OPERATOR LICENSE APPROVALS Approve Application for New Cigarette License – All New Tobacco Vape Outlet LLC, d/b/a Smoke World Vape. Rudolph/Nowlen made a motion to approve application for New Cigarette License – All New Tobacco Vape Outlet LLC, d/b/a Smoke World Vape. 2 Nays Seitz – Fischer.
