Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Andy Hebein-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, William Rudolph-present,
Jim Nowlen-present, Pamela Duckart-present and Jesse Duckart-present.

Resolution #1399 – A Resolution of Support from the Village of Saukville to Allow Lot #6 in Northern
Gateway Development to have a Reduced Minimum Setback of 42 Feet for Above–Grade Improvements from
the Interstate 43 Right-of-Way
Nowlen/J. Duckart made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1399 – A Resolution of Support from the
Village of Saukville to Allow Lot #6 in Northern Gateway Development to have a Reduced Minimum Setback of 42
Feet for Above–Grade Improvements from the Interstate 43 Right-of-Way. Motion Carried.
Nowlen/P. Duckart made a motion to approve Resolution #1399 – A Resolution of Support from the Village of
Saukville to Allow Lot #6 in Northern Gateway Development to have a Reduced Minimum Setback of 42 Feet for
