GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, Bill Rudolph- present, Pamela Duckark-present, Jesse Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-present, and Brandon Ashley-present. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS Ordinance 837 – Ordinance Amending § 55-1 – License Fees Ashley/Smith made a motion to waive the first reading of Ordinance 837 – Ordinance Amending § 55-1 – License Fees. Library Community Room IT System Upgrade Nowlen/P. Duckart made a motion to approve the Library Community Room IT System Upgrade. Other Matters Library Board, May 13, 2025 held at the Police Department Training Room. HGA will be presenting information regarding the Facility Study. Employee Recognition Event – Village Board on May 6, 2025, reception to follow at Messinas Chamber Social, May 7, 2025 at Cadiville from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Gateway Sports Academy Ribbon Cutting at 555 Market St - May 30, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. OED Annual Outreach Event, April 30, 2025 at Shully’s Thiensville from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission No Report. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee Hebein Reported on the Meeting of April 15, 2025. Approved the Installation of a Liquid Nitrogen Storage Tank at Ereztech at 700 N Progress Drive with contingencies. Library Board Smith Reported on the Meeting of April 8, 2025. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association Rudolph reported on the Meeting of April 9, 2025. Rudolph stated minutes would be provided at a later date. Next Meeting Scheduled on May 14, 2025 and Dinner Meeting Scheduled on May 28, 2025. OPERATOR LICENSE APPROVALS None. LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS Approve Agent Appointment for Gateway Sports Academy LLC – Tyler Mueller Rudolph/Ashley made a motion to approve Agent Appointment for Gateway Sports Academy LLC – Tyler Mueller.
