Minutes Sawmills Town Council Special Meeting Sawmills Fire Department Tuesday, November 18, 2025 6:30 PM Council Attendance: Keith Warren, Mayor Melissa Curtis, Mayor Pro-Tem Rebecca Johnson Bobby Mosteller Clay Wilson Absent: Joe Wesson Staff Attendance: Chase Winebarger, Town Manager Dustin Millsaps, Planning Director/Assistant Town Manager Kelly Melton, Finance Officer Terry Taylor, Town Attorney Abby Rich, Town Clerk 1. Call to Order Mayor Keith Warren called the meeting to order at 6:40 PM. 2. Invocation Chaplain Jason Hines provided the invocation for those in attendance. 3. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Keith Warren led the Pledge of Allegiance for those in attendance. 4. Introductions All attendees introduced themselves.  5. Presentation and Discussion Mr. Greg Greyson provided a presentation concerning the merger between the Town of Sawmills and Sawmills Fire Department for everyone in attendance. The attendees participated by asking questions about the merger and expressing any concerns. All stakeholders provided input for their most important goals for the merger. 6. Adjourn With there being no more business to attend to, Councilwoman Curtis made the motion to adjourn.
