Village Board of Trustees 08/25/2015 310 THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHTH LIMITED AGENDA MEETING Trustees’ Room Village Hall August 25, 2015 A Limited Agenda Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Scarsdale was held in the Trustees’ Room in Village Hall on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 8:30 A.M. Present were Mayor Mark, Trustees Callaghan, Lee, Pekarek, and Stern. Also present were Village Manager Pappalardo, Deputy Village Manager Cole, Village Attorney Esannason, Deputy Village Attorney D’Andrea, Village Treasurer McClure, Village Clerk Conkling, and Assistant to the Village Manager Ringel. ******** The minutes of the Board of Trustees Regular Meeting of Tuesday, August 11, 2015 were approved as amended on a motion entered by Trustee Pekarek, seconded by Trustee Callaghan, and carried unanimously. ******** Bills & Payroll Trustee Pekarek reported that she had audited the Abstract of Claims dated August 25, 2015 in the amount of $1,030,513.07 which includes $56,507.98 in Library Claims previously audited by a Trustee of the Library Board which were found to be in order and she moved that such payment be ratified. Upon motion duly made by Trustee Pekarek and seconded by Trustee Lee, the following resolution was adopted unanimously: RESOLVED, that the Abstract of Claims dated August 25, 2015 in the amount of $1,030,513.07 is hereby approved. ******** Mayors Comments Mayor Mark noted that at the next meeting of the Board of Trustees scheduled for September 8, 2015, he will give the community an update on the Westchester County Consent Decree regarding Sewer Discharge. Village Board of Trustees 08/25/2015 311 ******** The members of the Board discussed calendar dates and scheduling of future Committee meetings. ******** Managers Comments None. ******** Public Comments None. ******** There being no further business to come before the Board, Trustee Pekarek moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Trustee Callaghan and carried by a unanimous vote at 8:56 A.M.
