REVISED MEETING NOTICE Village of Scarsdale The Scarsdale Village Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 6:00 PM in Village Hall and via Zoom video conferencing service. Members of the public wishing to participate in the meeting can do so via online link at https://zoom.us/j/93183703358, or call into the meeting using 1-929-436- 2866 and entering the Meeting ID 931 8370 3358.* Trustee Crandall will participate remotely from 2792 West Lake Road, Wells, VT 05774. Agenda 1. Upon opening the meeting, the Board is expecting to move into an Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, a personnel matter involving particular persons, as well as advice of counsel (6:00 PM to 7:30PM). This meeting is closed to the public, and will occur in the Third Floor Meeting Room. 2. At the close of Executive Session, the Village Board will relocate to Rutherford Hall for a Work Session regarding Strategic and Financial Planning (7:30 PM to 8:00 PM). This will be open to the public and available to watch via Zoom.
