LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF APPEALS VILLAGE OF SCARSDALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Appeals of the Village of Scarsdale in the Third Floor Meeting Room in Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale NY 10583 on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at which time and place the Board of Appeals will consider the following: 1. The application of Cooper Lots LLC for a variance from Chapter 310-22 of the Village Code in order to proceed with a three lot subdivision while maintaining the existing house which would exceed the maximum permitted building coverage on one of the lots at 2 Cooper Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 14, Blk.3, Lot 9.10. 2. The application of 127 Cushman Lot LLC for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310- 88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 127 Cushman Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 16, Blk. 4, Lot 7A. 3. The application of Cooper 26 LLC for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 26 Cooper Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 14, Blk. 4, Lot 23. 4. The application of Yelena and Michael Movshovich for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 22 Cayuga Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 17, Blk. 1, Lot 353A. 5. The application of Aysu and Serhan Secmen for an amendment to the Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 119 Carthage Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 22, Blk. 12, Lot 16. 6. The application of JBD Development Corp. for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310- 88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 47 Harvest Drive, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 22, Blk. 19, Lot 31.
