LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF APPEALS VILLAGE OF SCARSDALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Appeals of the Village of Scarsdale in the Third Floor Meeting Room in Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale NY 10583 on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at which time and place the Board of Appeals will consider the following: 1. The application of 35 Fox Meadow LLC for a variance from Chapter 158 of the Village Code to install a fence on top of a retaining wall which together would exceed the maximum permitted height in the rear yard at 35 Fox Meadow Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 4, Blk. 3, Lot 967. 2. The application of Michael Fisher for a variance from Chapter 310-51 of the Village Code to legalize a deck, which as built, intrudes into the required side yard setback at 60 Penn Boulevard, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 23, Blk. 1, Lot 78. 3. The application of Jennifer and Gideon Shiffman, as contract vendee, for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 22 Bradford Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 24, Blk. 1, Lot 42. 4. The application of LORETTAJUNE, LLC, for variances from Chapter 310-35 and 310-67 of the Village Code to construct dormers which would expand the existing nonconforming intrusion into the required front yard setback at 4 Obry Drive, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 13, Blk. 1, Lot 24. 5. The application of Stacey and Eric Strauss for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310- 88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool and spa at 85 Penn Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 23, Blk. 1, Lot 96.
