LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF APPEALS VILLAGE OF SCARSDALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Appeals of the Village of Scarsdale in Rutherford Hall in Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale NY 10583 on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. at which time and place the Board of Appeals will consider the following: 1. The application of Claire and Steven Hare for a variance from Chapter 310-22 of the Village Code to construct an addition which will exceed the maximum permitted lot coverage at 34 Axtell Drive, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 7, Blk. 1, Lot 73. 2. The application of 27 Murray Hill Road LLC for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 27 Murray Hill Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 14, Blk. 4, Lot 10. 3. The application of Ruth and Andrew Suzman for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 3 Reimer Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 14, Blk. 4, Lot 19. 4. The application of Alison and Charles Levy, as contract vendee, for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 28 Rectory Lane and 11 Carstensen Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 3, Blk. 2, Lots 20B and 20C. 5. The application of Fermi Holdings LLC for variances from Chapters 310-22 and 310-102 of the Village Code to construct an addition which would exceed the maximum permitted building coverage and floor area ratio at 11 Reimer Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 14, Blk.4, Lot 8.
