The application of Bryan and Amanda Martoken for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 1 Overlook Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 4, Blk. 4, Lot 513A. 5. The application of Alice Mann for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 4 Broadmoor Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 24. The application of Gabriel and Mary Streche for a Variance from Chapter 310-35 of the Village Code to construct a two-story addition at 122 Brewster Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 5, Blk. 1, Lot 76. 7. Work session to discuss potential changes to the screening and fencing requirements within the Board of Appeals Policy Statement on Swimming Pools.
