The application of John and Veronica Olivieri for a variance from Chapter 310-51 (side yard setback) to construct a mudroom porch at 65 Lockwood Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 7, Blk. 1, Lot 84. 6. The application of Matt Miller/114 Birchall Dr LLC for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 114 Birchall Drive, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 18, Blk. 1, Lot 36.
