A certificate of use based on falsification of documents is invalid on its face. PEACE AND GOOD ORDER Article I. General Provisions 9192-3 1.1 Sale of Tobacco Products A. Definitions: Tobacco Products: a tobacco product is any product that contains tobacco, including, but not being limited to cigarettes, cigars, chew in^ tobacco, pipe tobacco, and snuff. Tobacco Shop: a Tobacco shop is any retail establishment that sells tobacco products as its urimary source of revenue. "Primary source of revenue" shall mean that the sales of tobacco products generates sixty-five percent (65%)or more of its annual gross revenue from such sales. 8. Ail tobacco products shall be sold in the manufacturer's packages, which shall be of such construction as will securely contain the products therein and maintain aH marks or stamps as required by local, state, or federal law. No person may offer for sale, any tobacco products that are not in the manufacturer's packages bearing the marks, labels, and notices, as required by local, state, or federal law. C. No tobacco products shall be sold within one thousand (1000)feet to any primary or secondarv public or private school. By using solar energy to power our homes, businesses, schoolis, farms and government buildings, we can reduce pollution, reduce energy bills and boost local economies, and can help reduce pollution, save consumers. Yet, a small fraction of New York's power comes from the sun. Solar is growing in New Ysrk and across the country. Over past three years solar capacity grew by 44.28% per year. In the first half of 2014, more than half of the new electric power capacity installed in the U.S. was solar. Recent progress shows we can take it to the next level. Solar helps the environment, and italso boosts local economies. The solar industry jobs grew ten times faster than the rest of the economy in 2013. And because solar has no fuel costs, it helps protect us from rising fossil fuel prices. Using solar here in New York will help to protect our environment while creating local jobs that cannot be outsourced. By committing Mew York to expanding solar, we are investing in a vit-tually limitless energy source with no fuel costs. For the sake of our environment, our health, and the economy, we ask that you join us in committing the state to getting 20 percent of our power from the sun by 2025. We can achieve that goal if we grow solar by 44.95% per year. The cost of solar is declining. The cost of air and water pollution from fossil fuels is growing, along with the threats posed by climate change. Please help to set strong goals for solar in New York, to put us on a path to clean energy leadership.
