City staff have taken the initiative to reinvigorate an unfinished project to maximize this feature so that the City can directly record fuel usage at department levels, Torn Compoli, an employee in Waste Adminishration has been key in accomplishing this task. EvaluationlAnalvsis: Based upon an analysis done by Bureau of Sewices and Finance Staffs, the &el monitoring system has been updated to include vehicleideparhnent information and the 2015 fuel budgets have been recalculated, as shown on the attachment, to reflect actual anticipated usage at a more discrete level. This reallocation does not increase the budget overall; it realigns the budget to match actual usage more accurately, Recsmmeadaliion: It is respeet&lly recommended that the City Council accept the attached 2015 Budget Reallocation, LEGtSLATiOlcd WILL BE PREPARED B Xm 2 w .- 1 0 lir- a, 3 U- c l n OF SCHENEC~ADY LEGISLATIVE REQUEST FORM COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENT: //Q p /A i && DATE: June 15,2015 TO: City Council FROM: Jeremy Howard, Oftice Manager, DG@ SUBJECT: Authorize t h e Mayor, or his designee, t o enter i n t o an Agreement w i t h YWCA o f Northeastern NY for t h e 2015 Operating Agreement for t h e Front Street Pool TO BE PLACED ON COUNCIL AGENDA OF: June 22,2015 Background Information: The City intends t o assign operating responsibility for the municipal swimming pool facility located on Front Street to YWCA of Northeastern NY.
