Mayor City Engineer REVOCABLE PERMIT NO. 632 The City of Schenectady hereby grants Revocable Permit No. 632 to I Am Fitness NY, LLC for Awnings that encroach the City’s right-of-way at 237 – 247 State Street, Schenectady, New York. a) The Awnings will encroach the City’s right of way at 237 – 247 State Street, Schenectady, New York b) I Am Fitness NY, LLC shall hold the City, its employees or agents harmless for any damage to the Sign resulting from their acts in performing of their duties. c) So long as the Awnings remain in the City right-of-way, I Am Fitness NY, LLC shall carry, at THEIR expense public liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000/$1,000,000 for personal liability and not less than $1,000,000 for property damage in one accident and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
