SURA has resolved to transfer the three aforementioned properties back to the City. The City plans to transfer these three properties to the Capital Region Land Bank. Evaluation/Analysis: The City annually transfers properties to and receives properties from the Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency. Recommendation: Accept the properties from the Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency.
