Evaluation/Analysis: The City annually transfers properties to and receives properties from the Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency. Recommendation: Accept the properties from the Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency. The City needs to transfer these properties to the Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency so that they may be merged with other parcels owned by SURA.
