Discussion: (This portion of the meeting will be from 6:00-7:00pm) A. The Historic District Commission members and City staff will discuss the changes to the commission membership, voting rules, and enforcement. II. New Business: Applications (This portion of the meeting will start at 7:00pm) A. Consideration for approval submitted by Darrin and Jennifer Jahnel to install two wall sconce light fixtures. The premise is located at 242 Union Street. III. Old Business: A. Consideration for approval submitted by Meredith Anker to move and elevate the structure two feet above the certified 100 year flood plain elevation. The premise is located at 4 Washington Avenue. IV. Other Business A. Review and discussion of a property being considered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation for listing on the State and National Registers of Historic Places. The premise is located at 9-13 State Street, the former location of the YMCA. V. Miscellaneous VI. Adjourn
