SCHENECTADY HISTORIC DISTRICT DESIGN GUIDELINES PUBLIC MEETING You are invited to a meeting for the Schenectady Historic District Design Guidelines Project  Thursday, June 16th, 7pm, City Hall, Room 110, and  Virtually following the link provided at www.cityofschenectady.com/203/5821/ Historic-District-Commission The City of Schenectady is undertaking a project to create Historic Design Guidelines for its five locally designated historic districts. These guidelines will serve as a resource for residents, city staff, and the Schenectady Historic District Commission to provide information and guidance on the process for applying for modifications to historic properties, and how the preservation standards relate to rehabilitation and new construction projects. Representatives from the City of Schenectady, the Historic District Commission, and the consultant, Lacey Thaler Reilly Wilson Architecture & Preservation will be in attendance to provide a short presentation, answer questions, and receive public input on the project.
