I. NEW BUSINESS: A. MAXON ALCO HOLDINGS, LLC would like review of the Mohawk Harbor Master Plan at 301 Nott Street, tax parcel #’s39.49-2-1.311, 5 through 8, and 39.41-1-1.1, 1.2, 2, and 3, located in a “C-3” Waterfront Commercial District. II. MISCELLANEOUS III. ADJOURN The purpose of the master plan review is to discuss the overall layout of the land and how all components of the site relate to one another. The master plan will show the location of the building footprints, traffic patterns, pedestrian accommodations, the bike path, harbor, and connections to existing City roadways and infrastructure. The intent is not to focus on the design of the buildings, or specific site details like lighting fixtures, landscaping, and signage, but rather to review the flow of traffic and pedestrians into the Mohawk Harbor development, through the site on the new roadway system, and the relationship to the individual buildings and parking areas.
