PASQUALE POPOLIZO/GERARDUS JAMESON requests a Use Variance for 1238 Union Street to allow for four apartments where only two are permitted. ROSALIE & DAVID PAOLELLI request an Area Variance for 3077 McDonald Avenue to place a horseshoe driveway in front of the house, and that is not set back 2 feet from the property line. JOANN MCKINNIS requests a Use Variance to allow for a Deli at 865 Emmett Street. MARK TIDBALL requests an Area Variance for 1112 Morningside Avenue to enclose a porch that does not meet the required front yard setbacks. CHO CHOI KWUN requests an Area Variance for 1008 Parkwood Boulevard to install an accessory structure that is not set back 60 from the front lot line. DAVID FUSCO requests Use Variance for 1419 Erie Boulevard to construct a gas station/retail shop with a drive through and Area Variances to construct a one-story structure where two-stories are required, and that does not meet minimum setbacks from residential properties.
