THE CITY OF SCHENECTADY requests a Use Variance for 219 Brandywine Avenue located in an R2 District to allow for contractor’s office and storage on the first floor. LARRY JASENSKI requests an Area Variance for 438 State Street to allow for two signs where only one is permitted. AHMAD SERAJ request Area Variances for 1203 State Street to convert a commercial space into 2 commercial spaces on a 3,185 square foot lot where 8,250 square feet are required. MAYRA THEN requests a Use Variance for 1549 Carrie Street located in an R2 district to open a restaurant. RISHOL ARJUNE requests an Area Variance for 1105 Cutler Street to allow for a Stockade fence that is not set back 5 feet from the sidewalk/property line.
