DEL-SETTE requests an Area Variance for 1332 Union Street to install a ten (10) square foot freestanding sign where only sic (6) feet are allowed. M. RAFI requests an Area Variance for 1330 State Street to allow for a ten (10) foot tall free standing sign where only seven (7) feet are permitted.
