Lots are located at 1120, 1125, 1127, 1129, 1134, 1135, 1151, 1159, and 1166 Barrett Street. PATRICIA A. CIVITELLO requests an Area Variance at 2452 Albany Street to allow for a 1-foot side yard setback where 5-feet is required pursuant to Schedule C of Section 264. M. RAFI requests an Area Variance at 1330 State Street to allow for a 10-foot tall sign where a maximum of a 7-foot tall sign is permitted pursuant to Schedule I of 264-61. MARTHA SARCHIOTO requests a Use Variance at 1466 Rugby Road to allow for the addition of a 5th residential dwelling unit where only one unit is allowed. The Use Variance is requested for use of the first floor as one dwelling, which was previously a legal nonconforming commercial use.
