Joseph Candida requests an area variance for 421 Union St (tax parcel # 39.64-2-21) located in the C-4 Downtown Mixed-Use for a rear yard setback of 1 Ft where a 5 Ft rear yard setback is required in accordance with Schedule C Lot Development Standards.
