OPENING Call to Order Council President Yeargin called the meeting to order at 7:18p.m.  It was motioned by Councilmember McCarthy and Seconded by Councilmember Maxwell to begin the Closed Session. The motion carried. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Charl Jones, Councilmember Hope Love, Councilmember Lamar Maxwell, Councilmember Shireka McCarthy, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk, Councilmember Reveral Yeargin Absent: None The City Council, Acting Chief Operating Officer, and City Clerk r met in a Closed Session for the purpose General Provisions Art. § 3-305(b) (1) “To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals”; and (8) “To consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation” The meeting was adjourned at 8:00p.m. The Closed Session was held at Seat Pleasant City Hall The Councilmember's who voted to Close the meeting: Jones, Love, Maxwell, McCarthy, Porter, Sistrunk and Yeargin Submitted by, Dashaun N.
