OPENING Call to Order: Council President Porter called the meeting to order at 7:39p.m.  It was motioned by Councilmember Raynor and Seconded by Councilmember Love to begin the Closed Session. The motion carried. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Monica Higgs, Councilmember Hope Love, Councilmember Shireka McCarthy, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Gerald Raynor, Sr., Councilmember Kizzie Scott, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk The City Council, Interim City Manager, and City Clerk met in a Closed Session for the purpose General Provisions Art. § 3-305(b) (1) “To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals.” The meeting was adjourned at 8:20p.m. The Closed Session was held via Zoom Webinar.
